*1) Service section:

I hereby authorise Landmark Computers to carry out the above mentioned repair/warranty work, along with the supply of parts and materials as quoted. I agree that Landmark Computers is not responsible for any delays that may arise from the unavailability of parts and delays in shipments by suppliers or couriers. Although Landmark Computers will have due care of the data, I understand that any data or software is not covered under warranty and accept no liability for it loss or corruption.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs, and if not supplied, a charge may apply. A $35 labour fee will be charged if the machine is found not faulty. Physical damage and all software related issues are not covered under any warranty. Warranty does not cover damages to other equipment’s used in conjunction with goods purchased. Products brought in by the customer for warranty or repairs need to be collected within 30 days, upon notice to customer. After which Landmark Computers reserves the right to discard these products. No claim can be made against Landmark Computers for the loss of customer’s time, income or any other damages arising from the above warranty or service.

*2) Quotations Section:

Quote is valid for 14 days and subject to availability of the products. All products sold by Landmark Computers are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. All prices are inclusive of GST and are on a cash price basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX with a 1.5% surcharge inclusive of GST.

Returns Policy: Unopened products in their original condition can be returned to Landmark Computers within 30 days, but will incur a restocking fee of 30%. No returns will be accepted after 30 days or products that are deemed to be not in their original condition. Special order items are sold on a non-return basis. All courier charges and insurance costs will be borne by the customer.

Title of goods does not pass on to the customer until invoice has been paid in full and cleared. Any physical damage, liquid spill or software related issues are not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover damages to other equipment used in conjunction with goods purchased from Landmark Computers.

Landmark Computers is a reseller and sells products with manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty claims are with the manufacturers after the statutory warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase.
